Welcome to MistressWonder.com, operated by Mistress Wonder. This policy outlines the refund, return, and deposit policies applicable to all purchases, bookings, and services offered on this website. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. General Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
- No refunds will be issued for any digital content (videos, photos, memberships, or interactive experiences).
- Refunds will not be granted due to change of mind, lack of satisfaction, or failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
- If you experience a technical issue, contact us at mistresswonder@proton.me, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Since we sell digital products and services, there are no returns or exchanges applicable.
However, if you have purchased a physical item (such as worn socks, shoes, or custom merchandise) and it arrives damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us at mistresswonder@proton.me within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- If approved, you may be eligible for an exchange or a store credit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- The item has been worn or used (including pre-worn fetish items sold as-is).
- The issue is due to buyer’s mistake (wrong size, wrong product selection, etc.).
- The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
3. Deposit Policy
When booking sessions or private experiences, a 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment.
- The remaining 50% is to be paid in cash or transferred on the day prior to the session/date.
- Online sessions must be booked at least 12 hours prior with a 100% deposit.
- Incall/Outcall bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
💡 Please note: If you do not pay the deposit, the booking is not confirmed, and your requested date/time may be given to someone else.
4. Refund Policy for Deposits & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable unless Mistress Wonder cancels the session.
- If you cancel or reschedule at least 96 hours (4 days) in advance, the deposit may be credited toward a rescheduled date (within 30 days).
- Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit.
- If you cancel with less than 96 hours’ notice, you forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in a loss of your deposit and may lead to refusal of future bookings.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, you will be permanently banned from booking future services, and legal action may be taken to recover lost funds. If you have an issue, contact us directly first before filing a dispute.
